Where is your office located?
Our Wānaka Office is located within Basecamp Adventures Climbing Centre at 50 Cardrona Valley Road.
I am booking Alone but i see that there is a minimum group size. What are my Options?
It may be possible to book you with another group. This of course depends on guests abilities and time frames. The other option is for you to go into the “Hire a Guide” tab in the top menu above. All our trips and course are available privately.
What happens if the weather is Bad and our trip doesnt run?
Weather is a big factor to all of our trips. Wānaka Rock Climbing will make a weather call on the morning of your trip and notify you if conditions prevent the trip from running ASAP.
WRC will be happy to offer you an alternative date or to refund you the full amount if this is the case.
do you provide lunch?
Lunch can be provided for an additional fee. Please call us to discuss.

what time Should i arrive and what should i bring?
I have my own Equipment can i climb in it?
Sure, please bring your equipment into the office when you arrive and our staff will check it to make sure its up to standard before we head out.
Can i rent Equipment from Wanaka Rock Climbing?
All technical equipment is included in your trip fee. We don’t currently rent equipment for use outside of WRC trips.
